Exciting news for Gorey market with new development
Gorey is set to expand after an exciting new housing development was launched in The Hatch Lab on Thursday evening.
Lambert McCormack Property and Trinity Homes launched ‘Spring View’, a development consisting of 58 homes situated on the outskirts of Gorey town on the Carnew Road.
The first 10 houses were launched in phase one and Trinity Homes aims to complete the first phase in early 2019. These three and fourbed semi detached and detached homes start from €285,000.
There was a great turnout for the launch where Victor Lambert of Lambert McCormack Property and Stephen Mahon of Trinity Homes provided the guests with information of the new family homes.
Victor said the homes are designed for family living and are exceptional homes with more spacious accommodation with bespoke interiors, meticulously built from start to finish,
‘We have cleared the site and will break ground this week,’ said Victor. ‘Hopefully, the first phase will be completed early next year and then we can release phase two.’
The 58 houses, which all have an A2 energy rating, will be completed in a total of three phases. They are located adjacent to Gorey town, close by to primary and secondary schools in Creagh and only a short walk from the main street and shopping centre.
‘Spring View is only a short walk from the town and very close to Creagh College school,’ said Victor. ‘There will be four different types of houses. We will have the four bed detached and three different semi-detached styles.’
Also there on the night was Eilis Hanley of Bank of Ireland mortgage specialist and Tony O’Leary, manager of Bank of Ireland Gorey, to give out mortgage and financial advice.
Brochures, price lists and a presentation about the development were available on the night.
