Wexford names on list of Revenue defaulters

A number of County Wexford businesses are included in the latest list of defaulters published by the Revenue Commission­ers for the three months up to June.30.

Massimo Coppolo of Charles, Street, New Ross, a fast food provider trading as Penguin Take Away, settled for €300,524.53 including €213.843.60 in tax; €22,527.85 in interest and €64,153.08 in penalties in a Revenue audit case involving an under-declaratio­n of income tax and VAT.

Szezepan Cieciwa, a landlord of 17A Old Forest, Ryland Upper, Bunclody settled for the amount of €39,762.85 including tax of €17,830.10, interest of €8,560.17 and penalties of €13,372.58 in a Revenue investigat­ion case involving the under-declaratio­n of income tax.

Hitech Car Park Securities Ltd of CP Lodge Court, Monamolin, described as a supplier of porterage services, settled for a total of €180,176.93 including €82,844.71 in tax; €35,198.69 in interest and €62,133.53 in penalties in a Revenue investigat­ion case involving under-declaratin of PAYE/ PRSI/USC and VAT.

Ciaran Whelan, a fisherman of Seaview, Saltmills, New Ross settled for a total of €154,548.22 including €71,459.26 in tax; €29,494.51 in interest and €53,594.45 in penalties in a Revenue investigat­ion case involving a non-declaratio­n of income.

Servem Ltd of Maxboley, Duncormick, manufactur­er and supplier of pest control products, settled for a total of €52,907.77 including €33,764.40 in tax; €9,014.05 in interest and €10,129.32 in penalties in a Revenue audit case involving an under-declaratio­n of PAYE/PRSI and USC.
