The final tally was 11-1 with Emerson Doran scoring two hat-tricks, Jessica Foran and Micheala Milling shooting two goals each and Belle Kisov also scoring. The same day the Youths were away to Kilmore and had a very bad day at the office, losing by 1-5. The sides were all square, 1-1, at the break with Nathan Dickson scoring our goal. In the second half Kilmore were transformed and with our team understrength, they scored four fine goals to claim the points.
On Sunday the 16th., the ‘B’ team played hosts to the All Blacks. Nathan Dickson was taken down in the area by the keeper and Jamie Dempsey-Doyle scored the penalty. Eoin Murphy added two more as did Liam Walsh while Nathan Dickson, Ciarán Rochford, and Jack White also scored to leave our lads 8-1 ahead at half-time. They eased off somewhat after the break, only scoring four more, one from Eoin Murphy to complete his hattrick and a goal apiece from Barry Murphy, Tom Fitzgerald and Joe Fitzgerald.
