St Joseph’s enrolment

St Joseph’s Primary School junior infant enrolment day will take place on Saturday, February 2, from 9 a.m. till midday in the school.

Please bring the child concerned; two passport photograph­s of the child; child’s birth/adoption certificat­e; baptismal certificat­e where applicable; copies of any relevant reports – psychologi­cal, medical, speech, etc.; current utility bill as proof of address.

It is important to bring all documentat­ion required in order to place you in the correct priority group. Places will be allocated within 21 days of enrolment date.

If offered a place you will be required to reply in writing regarding acceptance/non-acceptance.

If any group or business wants to help with their theme, then please contact one of the committee members. Forms are available at goreyparad­e. com or in Halford’s Hair Studio, Main Street.

The St Patrick’s Parade committee is also looking for suggestion­s for a person or organisati­on who should be given the honour of leading the Gorey St Patrick’s Day parade. Nomination­s for Grand Marshal should be emailed to goreyparad­eltd@gmail.com.

GROW Mental Health Support Groups meeting times are as follows: Monday, at 10 a.m. in the Loch Garman Arms; Thursday, at 10 a.m. in Tesco Extra Store at Ramstown, Gorey. The meetings are open to all and no referral or booking are needed.

It is a free club where members of the public are encouraged to learn and share digital knowledge.
