Church candelabra stolen

THE gardaí in Enniscorthy are investigating the theft of a brass candelabra from St Margaret’s Church in Curracloe.

The crime was committed some time between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. on Friday last, February 1.

A spokesperson for the gardaí said a donation box was also taken from the church – which was open to the public at the time.
