BUFFERS ALLEY POKER CLASSIC

The 11th annual Buffers Alley Poker Classic will take place in the clubhouse at 8 p.m. Tickets, €20, are now on sale from club members or you can pay at the door on the night.

This Classic offers some of the best prize money and has become a firm favourite with card sharks in the county. There will be a Door Prize courtesy of Hammel’s Centra, Kilmuckridge.

The final placings last year were Paddy Kinsella, Pat Donnellan, Nellie Farrell, Aidan Leacy, Paddy Breen and Tess Enright. All these players have complimentary entry to this year’s event. Aidan Leacy also had the First Poker and there was no Straight Flush or Royal Flush.

There will be refreshments served and the bar will be running promotions on the night.
