Author Dr Noel Culleton will discuss the lives of the composers contained within his book ‘Classical Connections’, which describes 50 fateful encounters that changed the course of music history.
During the talk there will be the opportunity to listen to short excerpts from relevant pieces by these composers.
This eclectic and entertaining mix of stories will appeal to music fans young and old.
Books will be for sale on the night with profits from book sales going to Family Carers Ireland.
