BEAUTIFUL BRAIDS

Braids of every shape and size were seen this SS20: slicked back at Self-Portrait, doubled up at Dior, in intricate fishtail twists at Alexander McQueen, and at their best at Pyer Moss – the showstealing box braids and cornrows by hairstylist Nigella Miller were adorned with jewellery embellished with the faces of 21 black women in music, including Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Nina Simone and Beyoncé.
