There’s been great excitement about the announcement that The Ivy Collection is coming to Dublin – and the reservation lines are now open. The Dawson Street branch will be the first international brasserie by the brand and will be open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner, with specialities including shepherd’s pie, crispy duck salad and an indulgent chocolate bombe, alongside a selection of local dishes such as Dungarvan oysters.
