There’s been great excitement about the announceme­nt that The Ivy Collection is coming to Dublin – and the reservatio­n lines are now open. The Dawson Street branch will be the first internatio­nal brasserie by the brand and will be open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner, with specialiti­es including shepherd’s pie, crispy duck salad and an indulgent chocolate bombe, alongside a selection of local dishes such as Dungarvan oysters.
