THREE years after splitting from her former fiancé, Celtic Woman singer Susan McFadden has finally walked down the aisle.

The Dublin-born star of the well-known Irish music group and younger sister of former Westlifer Brian McFadden got hitched to bagpiper Anthony Byrne on Saturday.

The blonde and her groom, whom she met on tour with Celtic Woman, exchanged vows in front of family and friends at Tinakilly House in Co. Wicklow, where TV3’s The Great Irish Bake Off was filmed.

The couple hosted a pink and cream themed garden party and being a summer bash, the bride opted against a traditional floorlength gown in favour of a kneelength, 1950s-style frock.

‘A very happy day in the camp as we celebrate the wedding of Susan and Anto,’ a message of congratulations on the Celtic Woman Facebook page read.

‘Of all the achievements Celtic Woman have made over the years, bringing these two together, who are made for each other, has to top them all.’

Susan, lead vocalist with Celtic Woman for the past five years, was previously engaged to English actor Adam Booth. But West End star Susan ended the relationship in 2014, months before they were due to wed. She and Anthony tied the knot last weekend following a busy four-month tour of the US.

Celtic Woman’s next concert is a homecoming gig at Dublin’s 3Arena on September 2.
