Nadine Coyle springs a surprise with a ‘No.1 hit’

-

IT’S been a while since she last had a hit in the charts – and Nadine Coyle couldn’t conceal her delight at the weekend after reaching No.1 on the Spotify viral chart with her new single, Go To Work.

Not since her Girls Aloud days has the Derry pop singer, 32, been on song with a hit.

And Nadine couldn’t have looked more pleased as she celebrated with Ollie Locke at the Sink The Pink Party Night in London.

The 32-year-old former Girls Aloud singer (pictured) was grinning from ear to ear, as she made hit the tiles in a blush pink faux-fur coat while mingling with the Made In Chelsea star. Standing tall in a pair of towering black heels, Nadine proved to be flawless with her effortlessly tousled blonde locks.

She sported a glamorous coat of make-up, including a bold pink pout and smokey mascara-laden eyes. Ollie also looked in his element with Union Jack leggings, a khaki muscle tee and gold glitter on his face.

Nadine’s appearance comes after she performed her new track at London’s G-A-Y nightclub to a crowd of adoring fans who seemed delighted that she was finally making a comeback, after her lacklustre attempt at solo stardom a few years ago.

The track, Go To Work, features Nadine marching through an office singing about, she says, people getting on your nerves and ‘being annoying’. Nadine thanked G-A-Y for their support, declaring that they were responsible for the success of Girls Aloud.

Speaking to Wonderland magazine recently, the musician spoke about returning after spending some time out of the spotlight.

She said: ‘I feel excited... I’m really happy to be back and have these opportunities.’
