KIM Kardashian and her husband Kanye West reportedly rushed their son Saint West to hospital after he contracted a ‘bad’ case of pneumonia. According to TMZ, the worried parents took their two-year-old son to a Los Angeles-area hospital last week, where he received treatment for the condition.
The website reports that Kim, 37, and Kanye, 40, took turns in staying by his bedside, sharing overnight duties until he was released from the hospital on Saturday.
A source told TMZ that Saint has since settled back in at home and is ‘doing well’ following the reported health scare.
The reported hospitalisation is said to have occurred after Kim attended Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s Taco Wednesday party.
The Wests, as expected, enjoyed the New Year celebrations with plenty of selfies.
However, Kim has challenged herself to spend less time on her phone in 2018... which will likely mean fewer selfies in the new year.
She said: ‘My New Year’s resolution is to be on my phone less and be more in the moment.’
She went on to commit herself to more workouts with her personal trainer Melissa Alcantara: ‘My 2018 fitness goal is I plan to train really hard and be more consistent, five to six days a week weight training with Melissa.’
‘And 2018 will be the year that their family of four becomes five when they welcome a third child via surrogacy.
Kim and Kanye couldn’t have looked more smitten with one another, ahead of an exciting period.
During their family Christmas, Kim shared one of the last family pictures featuring just the four of them, above.
The family were enjoying the festivities at Kim’s mother Kris Jenner’s star-studded Christmas Eve soiree.
Proud father Kanye was seen carrying their son Saint, while Kim balanced four-year-old daughter North on her hip.
The reality TV star simultaneously shared her excitement at meeting the family’s latest addition.
Writing on her blog, she was saying that she’s looking ‘forward to our new baby girl coming!’
With it, she shared an image from her gorgeous cherry blossom-themed baby shower.
She had drawn hearts around the women – which included mother Kris and grandmother MJ – and heavily underlined words on the photograph.
Kim spent the month of December teasing Kardashian holiday photos on Instagram, only to delete the entire series from her account days after Christmas.
