Reese takes Wither-ing look at industry sexism

SHE’S an accomplished actress with a slew of ventures under her belt. And Reese Witherspoon, 41, is using her voice to create change in her industry with the recently established Time’s Up movement – which includes more than 400 of her female peers. The star, left, showed off her impeccable sense of style in the March issue of Marie Claire, right, as she said female-driven films ‘shouldn’t just be about financial success’. ‘We should have as many opportunities to fail as we do succeed... Because artistry is not about succeeding always,’ she added. ‘It’s about having the courage to try and put out into the world new ideas.’
