Crisis worsens for Netanyahu
ANOTHER aide of Benjamin Netanyahu has agreed to give evidence against the Israeli prime minister, pictured, who faces corruption allegations. Nir Hefetz, has agreed to speak in return for a more lenient punishment.
He and another aide, Shlomo Filber, are suspected of promoting regulation worth millions of dollars to the Bezeq telecom company for favourable coverage of Mr Netanyahu on its news site. Mr Netanyahu denies any wrongdoing.
