Cleaning Procedure for Minor Wounds

DISPOSABLE gloves should always be worn when dealing with blood. Minor wounds can be cleaned with use of clean water. Soap should not be used as it may irritate the wound, however the area around the wound can be cleansed with soap and a clean cloth.
