Zimbabwean-born No8 Don Armand after Fijian-born No8 Nathan Hughes was ruled out with injury. ÷CONNACHT have announced that Robin Copeland is joining them next season on a twoyear contract. The 30-year-old, who has one cap for Ireland, came through the Leinster system before impressive stints with Plymouth and Rotherham saw him signed by Cardiff Blues. His form there saw Munster sign him in 2014 but he found it hard to nail down a regular starting spot due to CJ Stander being the establishe­d first choice No8. Now he is seen as the ideal replacemen­t for Connacht captain John Muldoon who is retiring at the end of the season.
