Jen and Brad back together? No, she’s just hanging with her friends
JENNIFER Aniston and Justin Theroux last month announced their split and have not been seen together since. And Us Weekly celebrity magazine is claiming the actors, who started dating in 2010 on the Atlanta set of the comedy Wanderlust, have ‘rarely spoken’ since they told fans they are heading to divorce court.
The magazine also maintained that the Friends star, 49, ‘isn’t thinking about dating either’ as other outlets insist she has rekindled her relationship with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
The outlet also said that Jennifer has been spending time with friends in Los Angeles as she recovers from the break-up. In mid-March she partied with pals at the birthday bash for Jimmy Kimmel’s wife of five years, Molly McNearney.
It’s likely she is house-hunting too as there have been many reports that she will put up for sale the Bel-Air mansion she shared with Theroux.
One clear sign she is dumping the massive home is that she featured it on the cover of Architectural Digest, a move celebrities make before they list a property.
This week’s new issue of Star magazine claimed that Jennifer is back with Brad, both pictured, to whom she was married from 2000 until 2005. ‘They’ve been secretly getting together for late-night hook-ups,’ a source said, adding George Clooney played matchmaker.
The insider claimed Jennifer and Brad started spending time together soon after the Academy Awards in early March.
Meanwhile, it’s been claimed that Justin is seeing 25-year-old artist Petra Collins, the director behind Selena Gomez’s offbeat Fetish music video.
Actor Justin, 46, is apparently ‘obsessed’ with Petra, with whom he’s been enjoying ‘cosy dinner dates’, Star reported.
It is not known how long he has been seeing the redhead and reportedly he won’t admit to anything.
A source said: ‘Justin and Petra have been carrying on for some time. He insists that they’re just “friends”, but he seems obsessed with her, and Jen isn’t buying it.’
Justin and Petra apparently connected on the New York art scene and ‘hit it off right away’, the source added.
Last month the actor tagged Petra in one of his Instagram photos shortly before his split from Aniston was announced.
Justin and Petra posed next to each other in T-shirts by designer pal Adam Selman.
Interestingly, Selena appears to have just unfollowed Petra on Instagram. It may be coincidence but it may also be because the 25-year-old songstress has been good friends with Jennifer for a lot longer.
