Unislim Bikini Burger

INGREDIENT­S

÷ 450g lean beef mince

÷ 1 tbsp horseradis­h sauce

÷ 1 tsp garlic paste

÷ 1 tbsp (roughly chopped) fresh parsley

÷ Worcesters­hire sauce

METHOD

Place in a large bowl beef mince, horseradis­h sauce, garlic paste, parsley and a dash of Worcesters­hire sauce and thoroughly combine together. Divide the mixture into four and shape into burgerspre­ssing the mixture well together. Cover and chill for 10 mins in a fridge before placing in a pre-heated BBQ. Cook for 10-12 mins turning occasional­ly. Check they are cooked through before serving. Serving tip: Serve with 100g of our Gorge Us chips and a side of Free Salsa!
