Honey & Lime Prawn Kebabs

INGREDIENT­S

÷ 600g – 800g whole tiger prawns

÷ 1 lime cut into four wedges

FOR THE DRESSING

÷ 2 tbsp Lighter Than Light mayonnaise

÷ 4 tsps honey

÷ 2 limes, zest and juice

÷ 1 green chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped

÷ 1 small bunch of cori and salt and black pepper der, chopped

METHOD

Preheat a griddle pan or barbeque to a high heat. In a medium sized bowl mix together the mayonnaise, honey, lime and coriander zest and juice, green chilli and then season with salt and pepper.
