Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

INGREDIENT­S

16 chicken drumsticks, skin removed 4 tsp olive oil 1 tsp sea salt ½ tsp ground black pepper ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp cayenne pepper 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 onion, chopped Fresh parsley, chopped

METHOD

Place chicken legs into a large Ziploc bag with olive oil and spices. Once well coated, add in the garlic, onions and parsley. Allow to marinade in the fridge for an hour before BBQ’ing on a hot grill. For safest results, oven bake first to ensure the chicken is cooked through. Serve with a leafy salad and a baked potato.
