High-rise heiress dices with disaster
BREWING heiress Daphne Guinness demonstrated her nerve yesterday at the Haute Couture show in Paris.
Clad in her favourite futuristic black, the 50year-old fashiondesigner, musician and actress successfully negotiated some treacherous steps in her trademark Massaro heel-less shoes.
It was a rather more successful outing than her recent sojourn in London, when she returned to Claridge’s after having lunch at Cipriani, only to stumble and grab her lover, French philosopher Bernard-Henri Levy, for support, before she collapsed into a heap.
