Move Bublé concert

-

THE Leinster hurling final played between Kilkenny and the team from Connacht, Galway, ended in a draw so the GAA has instructed that the replay of this Leinster hurling final be played in Thurles which is in Munster.

Confused? And all this is because a Canadian singer, yes a Canadian named Michael Bublé will be lining the pockets of the GAA when he performs in Croke Park on the day when the stadium should be hosting the replay. You just couldn’t make it up, could you!

The GAA was quick to transfer the Kildare/Mayo game from Newbridge to Croke Park so on a lighthearted note why not transfer Michael Bublé to Munster – after all, the GAA states that its primary aim is to foster our national games.

Fostering the game is gone out the window, it is now all about money.

Looks like its true what they say, that they are the Grab All Association! S. HOLLAND, Dublin 9.
