Katie checks in to rehab after wild partying and rapping: ‘I love coke’

KATIE Price has checked into rehab, reportedly suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder. The mother of five will be treated at The Priory for 28 days after her family urged her to seek help following her recent wild partying antics in Mallorca.

The glamour model, who is dealing with financial ruin and divorce from Kieran Hayler, was confronted by her loved ones after shocking footage emerged of her rapping, ‘I love coke’, during a booze-fuelled hen do.

Katie, 40, broke down after the intervention and admitted she needed help to get over her chaotic behaviour – which has been blamed on post-traumatic stress disorder.

She had a consultation at the clinic on Wednesday, where she was diagnosed with PTSD and will start 28 days of rehabilitation tomorrow. A source confirmed the news yesterday.

Katie’s mother Amy, who has a terminal lung condition, said it was heartbreaking to watch Katie ‘crumble’. ‘Katie has been her own worst enemy and behaved like an idiot at times but she has been tearing herself apart for years,’ she said.

She added: ‘To see what Katie is going through and how she has been treated hurts me and my family. No mum or dad wants to see their child treated like this, watch as they crumble, and feel powerless to help. It’s unbearable.’

The reality star, pictured, is already fighting bankruptcy and met her doctor and medical team on Thursday. She has been put on a curfew but will be allowed to go home in the evenings to look after her five children – Harvey, 16, Junior, 13, Princess, 11, Jett, five, and Bunny, four. Her phone has been confiscated. If doctors believe she’s a threat to herself or fails to follow the clinic rules, she will be brought in for residential treatment. Her father Ray has moved into a motor home near her home and Amy and her husband Paul will be supporting her fully.

Katie’s loved ones stepped in after footage emerged of her rapping, ‘I love coke’ after reportedly going to an after-party with two German men she met at a bar during a hen party in Mallorca.

She appeared worse for wear as she danced next to a shirtless man and performed a rap at the revellers’ apartment, in shocking footage from the end of August.

The male party-goers claim they returned to the apartment to ‘have a shower, get cosy and do drugs’.

Katie was with friends in Mallorca for a hen do when she met the two party-goers, according to The Sun.

Katie downed shots and champagne with the pair, they claimed. She was allegedly pictured next to a bag of cocaine on a table top.
