PAT’S BRILLIANT VOICE SHOULD BE A SUCCESS
PAT Byrne is a name that might ring a few bells with you. He was the debut winner on the Voice Of Ireland. Gifted with a unique gravelly timbre as, he unfortunately fell between the cracks.
But one of his other gifts is desire and hard work and after years of keeping his head down, Pat moved to Austin, Texas, to write and record his first independent album earlier this year. ‘After spending seven months in the States I returned home to finish the record in Windmill Lane,’ he told me. ‘I’m very proud of the tracks, and was delighted to work with some of Austin and Ireland’s finest musicians.’ The album, Rituals, will be available on iTunes, Spotify and all major platforms from today and I wish Pat the best — he deserves some success.
