SADLIER FUTURE UNCLEAR

- DAVID SNEYD

KIERAN SADLIER says he will take his time before deciding whether to stay with Cork City next season. The former Republic of Ireland Under 21 international has had an impressive campaign for the Leesiders and has drawn attention from Britain as well as Premier Division rivals. Sadlier (above), who equalised from the penalty spot on Sunday, was adamant that uncertainty about his future did not have any effect on him. ‘Not at all. It wasn’t hanging over me at all to be honest. You want to play in finals, in these big games, my focus was 100 per cent on that. I don’t know what will happen now, but I want to have my break and make a decision on what I’ll do,’ he said.
