Back from the jungle, it’s Holly Chill-oughby
SHE has spent much of the past month in the sweltering Australian jungle. So Holly Willoughby must have been feeling the cold yesterday as she was back at work in the UK for the launch of Dancing On Ice.
But that didn’t stop her showing off a bit of shoulder in a bright red dress at London’s National History Museum’s ice rink, before changing into a maroon satin gown to pose on the red carpet.
Ms Willoughby, 37, is returning as presenter of the ITV contest alongside her This Morning costar Phillip Schofield.
Schofield, 57, said: ‘It’s fantastic to have Holly back – I’ve missed her.’ Pointing out the cold weather, he added: ‘From Australia to this!’
On being reunited with Ms Willoughby after she took time out to replace Ant McPartlin as co-presenter of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, Schofield said: ‘It’s the first time that we’d seen each other when we walked in today.
‘It was like waiting for my sister to come home. It’s lovely to see you.’
Ms Willoughby said: ‘I was excited to get back. Excited to see you. We knew when I left This Morning that we’ve got that day in the diary. Missed his little face.’
Asked if she was tired, she said: ‘I am all over the shop. It’s tricky getting back into some sort of routine but its Christmas so everything’s OK.’
This year’s Dancing On Ice contestants include reality TV star Gemma Collins, Love Island’s Wes Nelson, X Factor 2016 singer Saara Aalto and former Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan.
The show, judged by 1984 Olympic ice dance champions Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, returns to ITV on January 6.
