It’s told very much from the US perspectiv­e, but a lot of this is a global story.

TRUE TALE

Escape At Dannemora, 9pm, Sky Atlantic DON’T expect action from this prison-break drama, directed by Ben Stiller and based on a 2015 real-life escape in New York. It’s a slow-burn, finely acted affair, with Benicio del Toro as the killer mastermind and Patricia Arquette as the prison shop supervisor who’s having an affair with an inmate.
