WE’LL KEEP AN EYE ON JONES
THEY behaved themselves, but there was no hiding the smugness piled high within the English camp after fairly obliterating our hopes of repeating our Grand Slam. Eddie Jones was mostly on his best behaviour. On this page last week I didn’t see him having the wit to overview an England win. But now it is going to be fascinating to watch how he behaves himself if England win back this championship. Jones (right) remains a pawn on the chessboard of world rugby. On that board, Joe Schmidt is still a king. We have every right to look forward to their next meeting with relish.
