A Lotto luck in Limerick town

A LUCKY Limerick lottery player became the country’s latest millionaire after scooping €1million in Saturday night’s Lotto Plus 1 draw.

The ticket was bought at the Centra Store on St Mary’s Road in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.

Manager of the winning shop Margaret Ryan said she hopes the winner is one of her regular customers.

‘There’s great excitement in Newcastle West... Hopefully it is one of our regulars and there is a millionaire among us,’ she said.
