All-out war between Jedward and Louis

Duo hit back after former manager branded them ‘vile’

- By Charlotte Dean news@dailymail.ie

JEDWARD have branded Louis Walsh an ‘evil manipulator’ after he told housemates during Tuesday night’s episode of Celebrity Big Brother that the pop twins were ‘vile’.

The siblings, 32, slammed Walsh and accused him of being a ‘cold-hearted b ***** d who didn’t send flowers after their mother’s death’.

Louis, 71, managed Jedward, whose names are John and Edward Grimes, between 2009 and 2013 after they shot to stardom on the X Factor.

During the episode of Celebrity Big Brother, Louis claimed that ‘novelty’ act Jedward were ‘vile’ but earned him a lot of money, as he told Coronation Street’s Colson Smith they ‘made him’ £5million (€5.84million).

Following the music manager’s remarks, Jedward insisted that ‘justice would be served’, as they launched into a scathing tirade on their X account.

One of the tweets shared by the Dublin brothers claimed: ‘Louis Walsh is an evil manipulator...’

LOUIS ON JEDWARD: ‘They were vile... I got £5m from them. I swear on my mother’s life... But they were novelty. It was great for the show.’

JEDWARD ON LOUIS AFTER HIS COMMENTS ON CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER: ‘Louis reopened these wounds all by himself being spiteful and disrespectful. We aren’t going to have our character taken. Justice will be served.’

‘Louis reopened these wounds’

Another said: ‘Louis Walsh b ***** d and talked about us to our best friend Tara Reid and then we fired him!’

A third read: ‘Louis Walsh is a cold hearted b ***** d who didn’t even send us flowers when our mom died.’ And a final tweet read: ‘Louis reopened these wounds all by himself being spiteful and disrespectful we aren’t going to have our character taken. Justice will be served.’

While the episode was airing, Jedward were having dinner with their close friend Gemma Collins. Former The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) star Gemma quickly jumped to the brothers’ defence on Instagram as she admitted she ‘couldn’t believe’ what was being said about them.

She said: ‘Shocked to see what was said about my boys.

‘They are the sweetest, talented, polite, educated, kind boys I’ve ever met hence why they are always in my company!! TEAM JEDWARD. #Jedward.’

Louis hasn’t held back with his opinions of his fellow celebs in the outside world during his time in the ITV house. And Tuesday night’s episode was no different for the Mayo music manager, who laid into his former act Jedward in yet another scathing rant.

Louis was quizzed on his opinion of the duo after managing them for four years between 2009 and 2013, after they shot to stardom on The X Factor.

Actor Colson, 25, asked him: ‘What were Jedward like?’ Louis replied: ‘They were vile.’

Colson said: ‘They’ve done well’, and Louis responded: ‘I got £5million from them. I swear on my mother’s life.’

Clearly impressed, Colson quipped back: ‘I wish I had a Jedward.’ Doubling down on his opinion, Louis added: ‘And they were vile. But they were novelty. It was great for the show. It was all about the show.’

The twin brothers previously branded Louis a ‘cold-hearted, two-faced b***h’ during a social media attack three years ago.

In 2021, Louis revealed that he was looking for ‘young, exciting new girl singers’ as he put together a new band.

In response, Jedward posted quotes from an interview Louis gave to a newspaper, in which he recalled advising members of Girls Aloud to lose weight. Louis said: ‘They were competing with the Spice Girls. It matters for them because they all want to be the skinny b***h in the middle going out with the footballer.’

Jedward then wrote: ‘Don’t get involved with Toxic Management!’

They added: ‘Louis Walsh at this point only wants acts to manage to make it look like he’s doing something! He’s a cold hearted two faced b***h who uses his powers for his own benefit!’

Louis’s acid tongue struck again later in the episode when he branded Andrew Lloyd Webber a ‘freak’ during a conversation with

Sharon Osbourne about the composer’s musical, Starlight Express. Louis said: ‘He’s a bit of a freak, Lloyd Webber. He’s a strange man.’

Continuing his run of celebshaming, Louis later said Ronan Keating ‘hadn’t had a hit’ for years. He said the former Boyzone star hadn’t had a successful song since Louis stopped being his manager, before clarifying that he was sacked. As Louis remains in the Big Brother House, we were unable to contact him directly for a response.
