PC KEITH Palmer poses with an American tourist just 45 minutes before he was stabbed to death in the Westminster terror attack. Staci Martin said she shared the photo with the officer’s family as she believed it was one of the last taken of him alive. Ms Martin, of Florida, told ABC News: “It’s my first time in London and I see his hat and I’m like, ‘I have to take a picture of him with his hat.’ He said ‘no problem’, he was really nice.” PC Palmer was an unarmed member of the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Squad and had served 15 years in the force. The Met Police said his shoulder number, 4157U, will not be reissued out of respect. His family said he is remembered as a “wonderful dad and husband”.
