ARMOURED cars that can withstand rocket-propelled grenades and AK47 bullets were seen for the first time in the wake of Wednesday’s Westminster terror outrage. Scotland Yard’s €100,000 monsters, part of a fleet called Guardians, stood near Parliament Square. They have smash bars at the front, carry 10 officers and are thought to have arms, medical aid and top-end communications.
