PASCAL’S PERMIT PAIN

Finn Harps v Sligo Rovers 7.45pm

-

PASCAL MILLIEN has revealed his frustration as he awaits a work permit to play in Ireland. The Haiti international, 30, joined Finn Harps a fortnight ago having left American side Fort Lauderdale Strikers. He knows the League of Ireland well having played for Sligo Rovers in 2012 and 2013 before moving to Bangladesh. But he has yet to kick a ball for Harps and tonight Millien (right) will watch his old club play his new one. He said: “I’m very frustrated. I’m living in Donegal and training with the team but can’t play which is all I want to do.” Harps are looking to stretch their unbeaten run to four games while Rovers registered a win last time out against Bray. Boss Dave Robertson said: “We know we’re in for a physical battle, we need to be disciplined and tough.” Harps are without Ethan Boyle who is on duty with Ireland’s U21s while Barry Molloy and Ciaran O’connor are doubts. Rovers have keeper Micheal Schlingermann back while Regan Donelan requires a fitness test.
