THERE may be nothing at stake for Tipperary in Pairc Ui Rinn tomorrow but it could be even more revealing as to their state of mind as any of the four games they’ve played so far. If they truly wish to bestride the game like Kilkenny have for more than a decade, then they must approach games like just as they would. This should be seen as an opportunity to keep opposition which they enjoy a good recent record against firmly under their thumb, particularly with a May 21 Championship meeting in mind. Kieran Kingston’s (right) Cork need a result to avoid a relegation play-off but they may well be left sweating on outcomes from elsewhere. VERDICT: Tipperary
