Schools are well versed

SCHOOLS are being urged to organise an event to mark Poetry Day Ireland. The theme for today’s event is Poetry Connects and works will be read by The Pogues’ Cait O’riordan and former US Vice President Joe Biden. Celebrations include more than 100 events in cafes, libraries and shops.
