Gerry’s girl is a wedding bella..
Tragic Gerry’s daughter ties the knot with Italian lover
It was awesome, really good fun, just my family and just his LOTTIE RYAN ON CIVIL WEDDING IN DUBLIN
RADIO star Lottie Ryan tied the knot with her Italian childhood sweetheart in the blazing Mediterranean sunshine yesterday.
It was a scorching 26C as 2fm presenter Lottie and Fabio Aprile said “I do” in front of around 40 close family and friends. The lovebirds had already wed in secret in Dublin earlier this month but had their fairytale white wedding in a tiny church in Macchia, just below the sleepy village of Casalattico in the Italian hills between Rome and Naples. The groom, a part-time actor, and his party resembled movie stars in their black suits and dickie bows while the wedding party modelled an array of summer pastels perfect for the sunshine. The three bridesmaids wore long gold satin while the bride looked incredible in white sleeveless lace and a long veil, her raven hair tied back. The day before the young couple and their guests relaxed in the C’era Una Volta restaurant just below the beautiful church where they tied the knot. They returned there again just hours before the wedding yesterday morning, lapping up the laid-back lifestyle which is a world away from the busy streets of Dublin. The village itself was a perfect setting as Fabio’s chip shop-owning family hails from there. The Irish-italian links are so strong it’s even twinned with Naas in Co Kildare. Horns beeped and sang as 30-yearold Lottie and her entourage arrived to the picture-perfect secluded chapel in vintage Alpha Romeos. And keen not to keep her man or her guests waiting, Lottie bucked tradition and arrived a few minutes early. With
