Listen to it because music is not about words.

Grizzly Bear, Nicola Cruz, Anonhi

The Beat: What Irish acts do you rate?

Sinead O’ Connor, Damien Rice, U2, The Frames.

The Beat: What has been your favourite moment as a musician?

Too many to pick one! But if you insist, making this latest record. The days in the studio were luminous. It was so exciting for us.

The Beat: What’s in store for you for the rest of 2017?
