CHRISTIANSEN HAPPY TO LEED FROM FRONT
THOMAS CHRISTIANSEN says he is enjoying the pressure of Leeds being Championship leaders. The Dane (above) has fans at Elland Road dreaming of a return to the top flight with his side unbeaten this season. He is relaxed about the weight of expectation on his shoulders and said: “I enjoy the pressure. “We are the team to beat, but if we want to be at the top of the table, we have to live with that. “I expected when I came to do well. If I didn’t believe in my way to work then I wouldn’t be the right choice. So I expected to have a good start to the season.” Christiansen, who succeeded Garry Monk in the summer, has challenged his side to continue their great run at Millwall today and record a seventh straight clean sheet in the Championship. “I have good information on Millwall,” he said. “I know it’s a difficult place to go, but we want to continue our good defensive record.”
