Vegas police report reveals teenager’s allegation
A GIRL of 16 told police Sylvester Stallone and his bodyguard forced her to have sex with them, it was claimed last night.
Stallone, 71, and the guard were accused of assaulting her in Las Vegas in 1986. A police report says she did not press charges as she was “scared”.
SYLVESTER Stallone and his bodyguard “intimidated” a schoolgirl into having a threesome with them then told her to keep quiet about it, according to a police report.
It is said the alleged victim, who was 16 at the time, told officers she did not want to press charges because she was “humiliated, ashamed... and scared”.
She informed police that after the alleged sex assaults in a hotel room in 1986, Stallone told her he and his bodyguard were married and that she must stay silent about the incident or “they would have to beat her head in”.
Stallone, 71, vehemently denies the claims. A spokesman said: “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story.
“At no time was Mr Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.” The police report said the teenager told officers she had bumped into the star in Vegas while he was filming. It was claimed the actor, who was then 40, found out she was 16 then after she asked for a kiss on the cheek replied he would give her a kiss “at a later date, that she would not forget”.
It was said that the next day she bumped into the bodyguard Michael de Luca, who allegedly asked what she would do if Stallone made a pass at her.
The girl apparently told police she replied she “would probably make a pass back at him”. De Luca then handed her keys for a room on the 27th floor of the hotel and told her to go up as soon as possible, according to the police report which was uncovered yesterday. She claimed she and Stallone went into the bedroom, got undressed and began having sex.
Stallone allegedly went into the bathroom and brought De Luca into the bedroom. The teen told police she became “very uncomfortable” at that point but felt she had “no choice” but to continue.
De Luca then allegedly “forced her” into performing a sex act on him. The report then claimed Rocky star Stallone forced the girl into performing a sex act on him.
A hotel employee alerted police to the alleged incident. Officers tracked down the girl who gave an account in 1986. Detectives in Las Vegas, in the US state of Nevada, said they could not go forward in this type of case when the alleged victim refuses to co-operate. The age of consent in the state is 16.
The girl said she was staying in the city with pals at the time of the alleged attack in the Las Vegas Hilton, now the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
Stallone, married to Brigitte Nielsen at the time, was filming 1987 movie Over The Top. De Luca, 27 at the time, was shot and killed by US police in 2013.
In 1987 Stallone’s half-sister Toni-ann Filiti threatened a lawsuit alleging he raped her. Court documents show Stallone “vigorously denied... all claims of wrongdoing”, but he paid the actress a lump sum of €1.7million, as well as €13,000 a month. She died in 2012.
