- BY TREVOR QUINN

Darren Tunstall COPS probing the disappearance of a man who went missing 25 years ago yesterday released an image of what he may look like – and his family believe he could be in Ireland.

Darren Tunstall was just 20 when he vanished and was last seen by relatives on December 3, 1992.

He had been living in Walthamstow in London with his parents and sister, but he did not return home after he spent a weekend visiting friends.

His dad Colin has said his son spent numerous family holidays in Ireland with them, loved the outdoors and was content spending time on his own.

The missing man would be 45 now and he has been described as being 6ft 4ins with size 15 feet. Despite the long period of time New image released since the English man was last seen alive his family have not given up hope of finding him.

Detective Sergeant James Hardingham said: “At this time of year, when families are looking forward to the festive season, their thoughts often turn to loved ones who are missing.”

London police say they are hoping a renewed appeal for help and the release of an e-fit could finally lead to either Darren or somebody who may have seen him coming forward.

Anyone with information has been asked to contact the Metropolitan Police in London.
