PETER Andre and his wife have recalled the terrifying hospital dash last Christmas when his baby son Theo was struggling to breathe.

The singer’s youngest son had to spend time in an oxygen chamber after his health suddenly deteriorated and his weight dropped from 6lbs 10oz to 5lb 7oz in just three days.

Peter, 44, and his 28-year-old wife Emily “worried like crazy” as the tot battled bronchiolitis.

She told OK! Magazine: “It was tough for me to speak about at the time.

“He [Theo] was struggling with his breathing so needed oxygen in hospital.

“I’m really looking forward to Christmas as last year Theo was so miserable.” Jenny Dixon and Fine Gael TD Tom Neville and below,

RTE Guide FAIR City actress Jenny Dixon said she feels “very lucky” to have met her TD partner Tom Neville.

The 34-year-old soap star has been dating the Fine Gael politician for more than a year.

Jenny – who plays Kerri Ann Bishop on the RTE show – gushed about the Limerick man when asked if she believes in finding “The One”.

She said: “I think when you put two people together they create this new entity. When that becomes greater than two individual parts, that is definitely someone you should be with.

“So your ‘better half’ is not just a throwaway cliche. Your better half is when you are with somebody who makes your combined energies greater than you as an individual.

“If your mindset is open to that then I think something beautiful can happen and I feel very lucky that I’ve met Tom.”

The blonde Dubliner added she looks forward to “any blessings that come her way” when asked if wedding bells and babies are on the cards.

Speaking in this week’s edition of the RTE Guide, Jenny also recalled the time she spent in the Playboy Mansion in LA.

Responding to what she made of Hugh Hefner and his attitude towards women, Jenny said: “I can only speak from my own experience. On the occasion I met him I was always treated well by him and his staff.

“I am thankful for having had the opportunity to meet him and the lovely girls who are still my friends today.”

Jenny still regularly jets out to the US while she isn’t filming scenes for Fair City to do more acting lessons. She added “I’m lucky that my work on Fair City is in blocks, so while I’m not working here I do go to Los Angeles.

“I have a manager and agent out there, and I attend drama/acting classes. It keeps me sharper because when I return I have new skills.

“It’s really encouraged in LA that even when working, that you attend classes and keep up-skilling.”

After four years in Carrigstown, Jenny said she’s loving Fair City more than ever and brings her script with her everywhere she goes.

She added: “It becomes second nature. I have my script with me all the time – in the gym, stuck at traffic lights . “I know that you commit to long -term memory quicker this way.

“It’s better to glance at something 10 times, rather than sitting down studiously for an hour or so.”
