I NEVER HADER TIME AS busy AS THIS ONE

- By TOM MASTON

HUDDERSFIELD full-back Florent Hadergjonaj is looking forward to his first festive fixtures in

England.

The Terriers start a spell of four games in nine days with a trip to Southampton today looking for a third win in four matches.

But Hadergjonaj, 23,

(right) is more used to relaxing at this time of year, having previously played in Switzerland and Germany before moving to Yorkshire in August.

“I’m still young and this is the first time I’ve been in the UK on my own,” he said.

“Normally now I’m on holiday with my family, so this is a first.

“It’s a new challenge and I’m happy to have these games. My family are flying over, so my mum will be able to cook something for me!

“I am a Muslim so Christmas is just a normal day. For the other lads Christmas is the biggest day of the year, so I will wish them Merry Christmas.”

Hadergjonaj hopes to add to his one Switzerland cap at the World Cup, with his side drawn in the same group as Brazil.

The thought of facing

Neymar inspires Hadergjonaj, who added: “The World Cup is in six months and my goal is to be there and maybe mark Neymar.

“Chelsea’s Willian was very quick. Richarlison last week at Watford was also a quick and technical guy. It’s hard to say who has been hardest opponent, but Willian is one of them.”
