HE’S already taken Hollywood by storm and now Barry Keoghan has his sights set on bagging a big budget superhero role.

The Dublin actor has been making waves in Tinseltown for his performanc­es in The Killing Of A Sacred Deer, Dunkirk and the upcoming American Animals.

The former Love/hate star is currently vying for the lead role in Nightwing and has shown just how keen he is by dressing up as the DC Comics character.

Ambitious Keoghan, 25, shared the picture of himself in costume with fans on social media on Tuesday night, writing: “NIGHTWING the short movie coming soon. If you want something go get it!”

Rising star and boxing enthusiast Keoghan is nominated in the Best Supporting Actor category at tomorrow’s IFTA Film and Drama Awards for his performanc­e in The Killing Of A Sacred Deer.

He will also be among the honourees at the Us-ireland Alliance’s 13th annual Oscar Wilde Awards in California on March 1.
