Web trolls fury at Joanne murder suspect husband
Keith Lee is targeted as Facebook page left open
MURDER suspect Keith Lee has become the target of social media fury on his Facebook page.
The Dublin man, in his early 40s, is currently the only person believed to be connected to the killing of his estranged wife Joanne Lee.
Her body was found in a wardrobe at an apartment in Ranelagh, South Dublin, last Thursday – two days after she was reported missing.
Former chef Lee had surgery for two broken legs and a broken hand after he jumped from a third-floor window as detectives arrived at the address.
Over the weekend, social media users unleashed a torrent of abuse on his Facebook page, which been left open.
Lee is being guarded by three members of the Garda Emergency Response Unit in hospital as they await clearance from medics to interview him.
Doctors have advised officers they must wait a week or more.

has as trawling CCTV footage and examining phones found in the property.
A source said: “One critical thing to establish is the question of when Joanne arrived in the apartment and was she alive when she did?”
Officers revealed last week they searched the South Dublin premises after Joanne’s car was spotted outside the building.
The 38-year-old’s body was found wrapped in a sleeping bag in the wardrobe.
A postmortem revealed she had been strangled.
Gardai have also searched two additional houses connected to Joanne and Lee.
Supt Gerry Delmar said: “I would like to appeal to anybody that last saw Joanne, from the 5th of February, possibly around Garristown, Co Meath, to contact us.
“Joanne also had access to a car, a silver Nissan Micra with licence plate 08-MH-16073.”
