Deal to house students is worth €200m
A €200MILLION deal to develop student accomodation in Dublin and Cork has been announced.
The joint venture between Harrison Street Real Estate Capital and Global Student Accommodation Group will add 1,325 beds to its portfolio.
The deal will comprise of two high-quality student accommodation developments in Dublin and two in Cork.
GSA spokesman Nick Richards said: “While Ireland maintains its reputation for having some of the best academic institutions globally, there will continue to be strong demand for high-quality student accommodation.”
