YOU SAY

I so relate to the woman who is upset because she shouts at her children (Dear Coleen, Feb 23). I am now 68 and have grandchildren aged from 12 to 22, but I can remember when my own children were young, going to bed every night vowing not to shout at them the next day – and feeling so guilty when I did. But my children have turned out to be wellrounded adults. My son has now taken over our business and my daughter has her own nail studio. Love your column and I wish you well. Pat Miles, via email
