Housing for 60 families
A NEW social housing development will give homes to 60 families.
Louth County Council announced a vacant apartment block in Dundalk is going to be refurbished for local authority housing.
The Ard Dealgan was shut over fire safety concerns in 2009.
It will be renamed Halliday Mills in honour of local employer Arthur Halliday.
The flats are a combination of one, two and threebedroom units.
