House about a €25k win?

A LUCKY punter has won €25,000 in his second scratchcard win.

The Mayo man, who didn’t want to be named, previously claimed €500 on the National Lottery Christmas Millionaire Raffle.

He has been inspired to use his winnings towards an extension to his home after watching Room To Improve on RTE One.
