tusk and Varadkar in Brexit talks
EUROPEAN Council president Donald Tusk arrives in Ireland today for a meeting with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.
They are set to discuss ongoing Brexit negotiations, the EC’S draft withdrawal agreement and suggested guidelines for the future ties between the EU and UK. The pair will also consider key economic issues during the discussions at Government Buildings in Dublin.
Mr Tusk’s visit comes before the meeting of EU leaders on March 22 and 23 on Brexit and economic affairs.
