- BY NIALL O’CONNOR

MOURNERS said their last goodbyes to murdered hitman Kenneth Finn at his funeral Mass yesterday.

The 36-year-old died on February 27, three days after he was gunned down in Coolock, North Dublin.

Sources said he is believed to have been a hitman for a well-known figure in Dublin gangland, known as Mr Big.

The tiger kidnapper and drug dealer was not at the Church of Our Lady of Consolation in Donnycarney, North Dublin, for the funeral.

Finn is suspected by gardai of several murders, notably that of Real IRA crime boss Alan Ryan.

Eldest sister Hazel told mourners: “I’d like to remember Kenneth in the best way he was, he was very funny, he was very witty, he was a king of one-liners and I’d like it to be a celebration of his life.”

His remains were brought to Dardistown Crematorium.
